I mean, what’s better than a different daily workplace, touring, showing, studying architectural marvels that populate our cities & just meeting interesting, unique people every single day! It’s mesmerizing. Everything from viewing properties, building rapport with a new client, leading to a lengthy, trusting relationship simply based on my core values and genuine affection for this career. It’s exhilarating.
I suppose this “summary” should be a formal, poignant, articulated, narrated perspective about my trust, grandeur, commitment, knowledge, sophistication, negotiating prowess, technologically leading approach, but I prefer to write in the first person. However, everything else in that preceding run on sentence applies.
Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, beautiful parks, cool architecture? I know……you might be thinking of several exciting world cities but I truly love this one and I’m proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy, rent and sell Las Vegas Real Estate.
I was raised in Los Angeles and then moved to Las Vegas for my wife’ Pharmaceutical Residency. We really enjoyed the lively and cool scene and decided to reside in this City.
Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. Each day comes with new tasks, new goals, and new connections. I finish my day by coming home to a super supportive wife and to my 3 barrels of sunshine, my kids, Gabriella, Talia and Elliot.
My international lifestyle abroad has moved my family to many places we have called home. My passion for finding the right home for my family combined with my love for real estate, home design, and affordability, lead me to a career which allows me to help others to find a home which meets their needs and compliments their lifestyle with first class service. In the beginning of my quest about 2 years ago I was with a different management company that was charging me too much for everything from the Maintenance calls to regular management things like posting notices etc. One day I got up and I decided to switch. I did my research although the reviews on yelp were not the best for triumph over the phone. They seemed like the most well put together management co, especially with the online budget tracking devices they offered me. It was most convenient for me because I live in California !! Kami gave me the individual attention I wanted so I definitely give TPM 2 thumbs up
We have two properties that Triumph has helped us acquire and rent out. Kami, Brittney and Vera have been consistently responsive, professional and thorough. We have now been with Triumph for over a year and have been extremely pleased with their services. They have communicated with us promptly regarding any repairs needed. They have managed through the process of a delinquent tenant. As an owner, we have been very happy with their services.
Kami is very professional and always has been very helpful in any matters in regards to rental properties with both owners and tenants. He is very responsive to all matters including administrative works and general property maintenance services and I have been completely satisfied with his service! I just spoke to Tierra in leasing and she informed me that they decided on a $850 month to month agreement for me which was lower than my original lease agreement. I just want to say thank you to Kami and Triumph for working with me and that the staff rocks! Tierra was awesome and so friendly :)
I had TPM take care of my rental property for more than one year and I didn't have any issues at all. They did a good job taking care of my rental but I had to sell my property after the one year lease agreement with my tenants and they also took care of that and I am very happy with the way Karla and Kami assisted me with all the process.

TRP has really helped us out. As a tenant one doesn't usually think they have much in the way of rights. Kami Zargari, my tenant representative, went to bat for me when our AC went down in the middle of July while I was on vacation. Our ceiling was ready to fall in from the leaking condensation and was getting nowhere with the owner of the property when Kami stepped in and lit a fire under the owner to get it fixed. Not only did Kami speed up the repair process but he was able to get us a week of credit toward our rent. Anyways our AC is nice and cool going into August and my rent is paid early with my week of credit on the rent. Thank You Kami, you are a credit to TRP!nbsp;
